Forgotten passwords

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it, or you can use the steps listed under "Forgotten password" on the welcome page. We are unable to email your passcode to you due to security concerns.

Products bought from STANGA intended solely for personal use or as gifts and may not be sold, resold, or used in any other way for profit. STANGA reserves the right to impose a restriction on the number of any item(s) per order, collection, or release.

Every transaction is subject to acceptance and availability, and products in your shopping bag are never reserved and could be purchased by other customers.

If you haven't chosen a different nation where VAT is not chargeable, the prices displayed on the site are in euros and include VAT at the appropriate rate.

STANGA reserves the right to refuse your purchase in the event that STANGA is unable to secure payment authorization, the ordered item is out of stock, or the item does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn. Additionally, STANGA retained the right to refuse orders from customers who placed them with the intention of using them for business or professional purposes.

While we make every attempt to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, occasionally we may find a mistake in the product pricing. We will notify you as soon as possible if we find a pricing error that affects a product in your purchase. For as long as the mistake was obvious, we shall not be obligated to accept or fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price, and we retain the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, and any other payment options that may occasionally be prominently promoted on the website may be used to make purchases. PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna are additional payment options. You'll return to the STANGA website once this purchase is finished. Depending on which occurs first, payment will either be processed no later than five days after the date of purchase or will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your transaction. You attest that the credit or debit card being used belongs to you or that the card's proprietor has given you express permission to use it. The card issuer is required to perform validation checks and authorization on all credit and debit card users. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery if the bank or other financial institution that issued your payment card declines to approve payment to STANGA.

We make our website as safe as we can. Using a safe online payment gateway that encrypts your card information in a secure host environment, this site processes all credit and debit card transactions. We will safely keep your credit or debit card information on our systems if you are a registered STANGA member. These information will be completely encrypted and used only to complete card operations that you have requested.

Additionally, we take reasonable precautions, to the extent that this is within our power to do so, to safeguard the information regarding your order and payment. However, absent gross negligence on our part, we are not responsible for any loss you may incur if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site. 

From the moment we deliver your orders to the location you gave us, they are only under your responsibility.

Stanga will never save your payment data on its data base.

It's possible for our courier to transport an order to some locations without requiring a signature. Please be aware that in this situation, you accept our terms and conditions and affirm that STANGA is authorized to leave your package(s) outside the building at the shipping location you provided without requiring a signature for proof of delivery. Please note that if no signature is obtained, you accept our terms and conditions and assume complete liability for any loss or damage that may result. Occasionally, if our designated courier believes the shipping address to be unsafe, they may decline to transport your order.

Please be aware that we strive to ship every purchase within 24-72 hours during sales (not including holidays). Delivery timing listed on the website should only be used as a general reference, and always start counting from the day of the delivery.  In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within the maximum of 7 days starting from the day on which we accept your payment. STANGA disclaims all liability for any delays resulting from destination customs clearing procedures and costs. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can to let you know if a circumstance beyond our control prevents transportation from happening on time, and we will take action to lessen the impact of the delay. However, if there is a significant risk of delay, you may contact us to cancel your order, and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received. As long as we follow this procedure, we won't be held responsible for any delays brought on by the event.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER PURSUANT TO SPANISH CONSUMER LAW

According to Article 102 of the Spanish Consumer Code, you have the right to revoke your purchase with us within 14 days without providing a justification. The 14-day cancellation time begins the day after the day you (or a person you designate, other than a carrier), received your order. For order cancelation you must access your account and proceed with the cancellation process. If you have trouble accessing your account please notify us through our contact page.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must send all products, packaging, accessories and items received back to STANGA within this 14 days period and we will reimburse you in full, excluding shipping costs you paid for delivery and/or returned products, using the same payment method that you used to complete the original transaction.. Subject to the applicability of the law, we may deduct from the reimbursement the loss in value of any returned products.

In the event that we do not receive the returned goods and in the period of time indicated before, STANGA may deny any reimbursement.

The costs of shipping, returning or exchanging STANGA´s products will be the buyers responsibility, unless stated other wise on the site due to promotions or change in STANGA´s return and exchange policy.

Our return or exchange policy

All STANGA's original garment tags must be present and be still affixed when returning items. Returns that are soiled or damaged will not be accepted, and either the buyer will receive their order back and a refund will not be issued.

If given, any designer packaging, such as boxes, cards, bags, tags and any accesories with /on the items purchased, should be returned with the original package and no defects whatsoever on the content of the delivered package.

All returns should be requested before you ship your item(s) back to us. Unrequested or unknown returns will be sent back to the shipper.

At STANGA's discretion, returns made after this period may be accepted, but they will only be issued shop credit.

If a return product/s are not of satisfactory quality, suitable for their intended use, it is deemed to be faulty. Please be aware that products that sustain damage from regular use, an accident, or misuse will not be deemed defective.

On our website, we've done our best to correctly portray the colours of our products. We cannot, however, promise that any colour will be accurately displayed on your monitor and that the colous showed on our site will match 100% any purchased product. All products on STANGA´s website are presented for presentation purpose only.
