Returns and Exchanges
To make a return or ask for an exchange of size, you have 14 days counting from the day after the receipt of your order :
- In your STANGA account, create an exchange or return.
- Return to the closest drop-off location or arrange for a free pickup when you return.
- Send and return your purchase to us.
All STANGA tags labels, packaging, and any item received along with your order, must be delivered back to us, and should be unused or damaged. Returns that don't adhere to our guidelines will be returned to the sender.
Want a different color or size?
Your item can be exchanged for a different size or color at no additional cost. (subject to availability when you request a return). Taxes and tariffs are necessary if you are based outside the EU, nevertheless. Simply return it for a store credit refund and buy the replacement item separately if you want to try a different type.
Stanga would not accept orders from those who are under 18 years old. You must leave our site immediately if you object to any of our T&C.
1. Returning your order
After receiving your order, you have 28 days to complete the following actions:
1. Log in to your account and choose the order number of the item(s) you wish to return under My Orders.
2. Select the return reason by clicking the "CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN" button. Pick your preferred size if you'd want to exchange.
3. Tick the box to confirm that you accept our return policy. Following that, we'll email you return instructions.
4. Fill out and sign the returns proforma invoice that was included with your order. You can find a replacement PDF copy of this in your Dispatch Email if you no longer have it. Before giving your box to the courier, seal it.
5. Exchange your product:
a) Return for nothing at the closest DHL service location.
b) Schedule a free returns pickup:

Either here or in your returns email, click the link. Verify that your country or region is listed correctly in the top-right corner of the page and then take the following actions:
If you require a DHL return label, you will be questioned. Simply choose "No" and then "Next" because this was already part of your initial order. Please get a new label from Customer Care if you don't have one.
To reserve your collection, choose the DHL waybill from the drop-down menu. Your printed returns label has a barcode underneath the 10-digit waybill.
Give the driver's address and any special instructions by entering them.
The dimensions and the parcel's weight should be added.
Choose your favorite date and collection window using the cursor arrows.
Once your collection is validated, you will get an email (and SMS, if you signed up for that service).
Additional details
Items must be returned from the same country or region they were shipped to in order for our free returns policy to apply and for your return to reach us quickly. Orders returned from another location may be subject to extra fees or customs delays.
To secure and insure the things, we recommend that they be returned to us through our own service. You can use any secure method to return, but we might not accept responsibility. Please submit your return to the following address if you wish to do this:

2. Refund
You have the option of receiving your refund as original payment method credit or as store credit to your STANGA account.
Please be aware that because payment providers have different processing schedules, refunds can take up to at least 10 working days to appear on your account. Your shipping charges won't be reimbursed unless the product you receive is defective.
Sales taxes and customs fees are not refundable.
3. Numerous returns
To make your experience purchasing online even simpler, we provide a flexible returns policy. We keep track of the number of returns made by customers, and if you continue to do so in a way that violates our terms and conditions, we may flag your return for closure of your STANGA account or refusal of future orders.
4. Our policy
Every item must be returned in brand-new, unused and resellable condition, with all packaging materials intact with the STANGA tags still fastened to it. All packaging, extras, and dust bags are included in this as well. If the product demonstrates wear or has been used or altered from its original state in any way, we retain the right to refuse the return or, as an alternative, to reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange correspondingly.
For instance, under the following situations, we might make a reduction:
STANGA tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned; the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged, or washed. Please be aware that STANGA tags and packaging are an essential component. If we propose to lower your refund due to this reason, you will be informed. In this case, you have the option to have the products returned back to you at your own rather than accepting a smaller refund from us.
